This academic program, taught by the Faculty of Law of the Austral University, includes the study of the main legal issues that govern agribusiness from an integral point of view, including the legal treatment of companies of primary production of raw materials and food, as well as the main issues that govern the diversity of industries related to the sector. The agriculture and livestock sector is the largest, most efficient and flourishing in the Argentine Republic. It is the only truly self-sustaining business sector and the one that contributes the most to our country`s economy. Despite this reality, due to their usual practical application, the most important legal issues for the sector are currently not examined in the bachelor`s careers of the various universities. Added to this circumstance is the complexity of grouping content in a subject, since legal issues relating to agriculture cut across several areas of law. The program will start on May 31 and will be recorded in person at the headquarters in Buenos Aires or online – via streaming.
