I have currently been in me for 11 weeks and my insurance company has tried several times to contact Plexus Law as I owe around £4000 after a Tesco van hit my own car. There have been a lot of phone calls and emails from me and my insurance company to get a response from them over the past 3 months, but they have continued to go unanswered and unprofessional. All calls are either unanswered and let it ring or are attached to me and my insurance company. Even when I finally managed to reach someone, they claimed they didn`t know about my case himself before transferring me to another number that also didn`t answer my multiple calls or voicemails. It seems that the company has disappeared from the face of the earth and my claim or money I owe have no urgency or concern. The only glimmer of hope on the horizon of this whole ordeal is that although my vehicle is a total loss, Plexus Law has since paid for my rental vehicle when they are supposed to settle my payment. The sad irony is that car hire charges £71 per day for my replacement car over 28 days, so Plexus Law, not counting the first month, has paid at least £4000 on my car hire so far, which is more than I owe them! It was an absolutely appalling service, and I would be amazed to discover that the one in charge of my case at Plexus Law was not fired for gross negligence and a general lack of competence to get the company to pay TWICE as much as it actually had to pay.
To date, I have not received a response to a claim made to them from June 2, while they continue to pay every day for this rental car, which has cost them thousands so far and continues to increase. PLEASE AVOID PLEXUS LAWS LIKE PLAGUE, as all the money they owe you seems to be held hostage for the foreseeable future.
